EYEBROW LAMINATION
This non-invasive procedure involves the use of a gentle chemical solution to straighten and set the brow hairs in place, creating a uniformed look. The process helps to tame unruly or coarse eyebrows, giving them a more structured appearance. Eyebrow lamination can also add the illusion of fullness and thickness to sparse brows, creating a naturally fuller look without the need for daily maintenance. Maintenance note: Eyebrow Lamination is recommended within 7-8 weeks from your previous appointment

Cancellation policy and no shows
We understand emergencies happen. We simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. As you can respect, last minute cancellations or no shows severely affect my business. It affects my income when I am unable to fill your appointment time which isn't fair. Cancelling or rescheduling during this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. No show appointments will incur a 100% treatment fee.
Late arrival policy
In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, we ask you to kindly arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment this will result in the time intended for your treatment to shrink in order to not keep the next client waiting. If you know you are running late a phone call or message in advance is highly appreciated.
Service guarantee policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with the outcome of your treatment, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Health history policy
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, medications taken, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Refusal of service policy
Our salon has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or the health of others.Thank you for reading and understanding our policies and procedures.
